2.  Right of information and user consent

4.  Security

HSJD has put in place the level of security mandated by Article 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations for its application, and all the necessary technical means are operative to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of the data that the user provides through the website.
