2.  Right of information and user consent

If you provide personal information, it will be treated according to the terms of the Organic Law on the Protection of Data.

HSJD will handle only the personal data of users that it deems appropriate, pertinent, and not excessive, in order to properly fulfill the aims of the data handling, in accordance with the quality principle, Article 4, of the Law on the Protection of Data.

4.  Security

HSJD has put in place the level of security mandated by Article 9 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations for its application, and all the necessary technical means are operative to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of the data that the user provides through the website. However, the means of security available for Internet use are not impregnable.

HSJD is fully committed to maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of the data contained on the website in accordance with the applicable legislation, as well as being committed to secure handling of the data.
