If your patient is a member of Rare Commons ...
If you are a doctor and would like to participate in Rare Commons, you will need to receive an invitation to do so from a representative of the patient (parent or guardian).
Once you have responded to the invitation to join you will be provided with a username and password with which to identify yourself in the medical community pertaining to the disease (or diseases) that prompted your invitation.
What if your client is not part of Rare Commons?
Alternatively, if there is a patient on whose behalf you would like to participate who is not yet involved with Rare Commons, you may suggest to that patient’s family that they visit this website or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once they are registered they may then undertake to proffer your invitation.
Working together we can move ahead!
